Cleaver girl
Big ass cleaver forged out of 1084 over coal. It is 13 inches overall and has a blade length of 9 inches and is 3 ¼ inches wide. Measured at the ricasso where the handle stops and the blade starts it is 3/16 thick which stays the same all the way until the hole which I also forged wjere it measures 1/8 inch thick. Handle is 4 7/8 inches long and I don’t have a scale but it is about 1 pound give or take a couple ounces. It has a Bocote handle with copper pins and the blade has a stoned wash finish. Photos don’t show it because stupid squarespace keeps cropping the photo to much but the handle also has a swell in the center similar to the chefs I have posted
